The Paihia investments were divested in 2017 and 2018.

Paihia is the gateway to the stunning Bay of Islands and is renowned for its outdoor recreational activities which are enjoyed by thousands of local and overseas visitors year-round, including those on international cruise ships.

Foreseeing the potential of this historic seaside town, Urban Partners acquired some of the key retail properties immediately adjacent to the waterfront, with a view to developing a strong retail offering in the area.

Urban Partners worked closely with the local community to help it realise its vision for the development of Paihia's waterfront.
